Registered Nurse - Cardiac ICU

 The Opportunity

This is your chance to be part of a high-acuity Cardiac ICU team where you will provide expert, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients.  Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, comprehensive CICU nursing care in line with professional standards and protocols.

• Coordinate patient treatment plans and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Monitor, assess, and respond to patients' changing conditions, ensuring accurate documentation at all times.

• Promote infection prevention and patient safety practices.

• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.

 Requirements

• Registration with SANC as a Registered Nurse.

• 3-6 years of recent ICU experience within the private sector (essential).

• 3-4 years of ICU shift-leader experience in the private sector (advantageous).

• Proven ability to liaise confidently with doctors and work collaboratively in a high-pressure environment.
