As the leading medical recruitment agency in South Africa, we have a new vacancy for a Senior and a Junior Fundraiser to join their head office team in Fourways. The incumbents will be responsible for raising funds and selling the services of the NPO/NGO to a database, as well as sourcing new clients.
Responsibilities
Selling health care services to corporate clients, transport companies, etc
Turn a call into a sales conversion
Following up on leads and driving new business
Sales proposals and follow ups
Managing the sales cycle from start to finish
Managing stakeholders and working closely with the CEO
Senior fundraiser to be able to run the team of juniors
Requirements
Junior Min 3 - 5 years experience in fundraising for a NGO/NOP (NOT NEGOTIABLE)
Senior Min 8 - 10 years experience in fundraising for a NGO/NOP (NOT NEGOTIABLE)
Exp working with local and international funders
Knowledge of SED and ED Funding space
Background from health or education (A MUST)
Proven track record of being able to raise 15m upwards (senior) and up to 5m upwards (junior)
Have their own database preferably
Attributes - dedicated, focused and peoples person
