The Opportunity
Join the team as a Medical Imaging Technologist (MIT) specialising in mammography. This role offers the chance to deliver exceptional breast imaging services in alignment with national quality standards. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide clients with a positive screening experience, ensuring comfort, clear communication, and confidentiality. With opportunities to work across both fixed and mobile clinics, this position provides a dynamic and rewarding career in healthcare.
What will I need?
Registration with the New Zealand Medical Radiation Technologists Board (NZMRTB) and a current Annual Practicing Certificate.
Postgraduate qualification in mammography or willingness to complete this within two years.
Previous mammography experience (minimum two years preferred).
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
