The Opportunity

The Hospital Manager will oversee all aspects of hospital operations, ensuring the delivery of efficient, compliant, and high-quality healthcare services. This is a leadership role suited to a strong operational strategist with experience in healthcare management and financial performance oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hospital operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

• Drive financial performance, budgeting, and cost control measures.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.

• Lead, motivate, and develop multidisciplinary teams for optimal performance.

• Implement quality assurance programs and maintain high patient care standards.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, stakeholders, and the community.

• Represent the hospital at industry and networking events.

• Promote a patient-centred culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

• Champion the brand through strategic leadership and inclusive culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

• Minimum 5-7 years' experience in hospital or healthcare management.

• Strong financial management and business acumen.

• In-depth understanding of healthcare operations and regulatory compliance.

• Proven leadership and people management skills.

• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
