As a Hospital Manager, you play a crucial role in formulating and executing the hospital strategy aligned with the group's strategic themes. Your main focus is cultivating a caring culture for sustained performance, assembling an empowered team in line with our values. You also oversee administrative and operational functions to ensure the hospital runs smoothly and efficiently, delivering high-quality patient care while adhering to regulations and optimizing resource utilization.
Responsibilities:
Proven capability in establishing senior strategic partnerships.
Expertise in expanding market share and achieving business targets.
Proficient in presenting business proposals to senior executives and stakeholders.
Skillful in stakeholder relationship management.
Strong and persuasive negotiation abilities.
Leadership skills emphasizing resilience in complex and challenging environments.
Essential proficiency in financial knowledge.
In-depth understanding of financial and business management principles.
Good knowledge of the healthcare industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Essential understanding of government and private partnerships.
Proficient comprehension of legislative and business climate relevant to healthcare.
Requirements:
A 3-year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification relevant to an NQF level 7.
Consideration of a Post Graduate degree or a related qualification at NQF level 8 would be advantageous.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Senior Managerial role, preferably within a hospital or service-related environment.
