As the leading medical recruitment agency in South Africa, our client has an exciting opportunity for a Healthcare Practitioner's to start their very own practice at a well-established medical hub based in Randburg, Johannesburg.

The Practice Space

An established and already operational health centre in Randburg is offering consulting rooms to health practitioners looking to establish or grow their own private practice within a multidisciplinary setting. The centre offers a collaborative setting with centralised reception support, shared marketing initiatives, and strong referral pathways within the building.

The Opportunity

This opportunity is ideal for practitioners who want the independence of running their own private practice, without the responsibility of employing reception staff, managing a full administrative structure, or building marketing entirely from scratch.

There are currently 5 rooms available immediately, with 2 additional rooms becoming available at the end of March.

Room sizes range from 12m² to 41m², depending on your practice requirements.

 • Rental from R415 per m² (excluding VAT)

 • Unfurnished consulting rooms

 • Existing telephone and internet infrastructure

 • Centralised receptionist (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm)

 • Marketing support via community WhatsApp groups, social media platforms and on-site branding

 • No shared billing system – full clinical and financial independence

The centre operates weekdays from 9am – 5pm and Saturdays by appointment only. However, practitioners are not restricted to these hours and may structure their schedules according to their own practice model.

Ideally, one discipline per practice space is preferred. However, established practitioners relocating to a stronger location may be accommodated accordingly.
