 The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity for a passionate Occupational Therapist ready to grow within a supportive and dynamic team. The role blends clinical practice with leadership development, offering exposure to a wide range of clients and conditions. You'll be empowered to shape client care, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the growth of the OT department nationally.
Key Responsibilities
Provide family-centred occupational therapy services across a range of developmental areas
Address challenges in fine motor development, sensory processing, and visual perception
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver client-driven outcomes
Mentor junior therapists and assist with onboarding new team members
Participate in service development and contribute to quality improvement initiativesÂ
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy
Minimum 2 years' experience in paediatric or developmental OT
AHPRA registration (or ability to obtain - support provided)
Current driver's licence and access to own vehicle
Valid Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A collaborative, proactive approach to client careÂ
