MRI Medical Imaging Technologist - Immigrate to Australia

We are a medical recruitment agency growing across Australia and New Zealand, and our newest opportunity available is for an MRI Medical Imaging Technologist (MRI MIT) to be based in Australia (multiple locations available).

The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced MRI MIT to join a dynamic imaging team across various metropolitan and regional locations in Australia. You will work with state-of-the-art MRI equipment in a collaborative environment alongside Radiologists, Sonographers, and fellow Medical Imaging Technologists. This role offers exposure to a broad caseload with a strong focus on quality and patient care.

 Key responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MRI examinations in accordance with clinical protocols

• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures

• Maintain and operate MRI equipment in line with best practice standards

• Collaborate with Radiologists and multidisciplinary teams

• Adhere to radiation safety and regulatory compliance standards

• Participate in quality assurance and continuous professional development

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Medical Imaging

• AHPRA registration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner (or eligibility)

• Demonstrated experience in MRI

• Strong understanding of MRI safety protocols

• Excellent communication and patient care skills

• Ability to work both independently and within a team
