The Client
A well-established private GP clinic. The practice offers longer, unhurried appointments with same-day online booking and flexible consult options (in-person, video, home and telephone). Services span core general practice plus minor surgical procedures, women's and men's health, dermatology/skin, sexual health, occupational health, and an expert-led audiology/ear health service delivered in partnership with a specialist provider. The clinic is CQC-registered and operates from an accessible site with convenient parking.Â
The Opportunity
Join as a full-time GP with the option to buy in or progress to a business-partner role. You'll practise with genuine clinical autonomy, continuity of care, and time to deliver high-quality medicine, without throughput targets typical of large corporate settings. You'll help shape service design, bring or develop special interests (e.g., skin/minor ops, women's/men's health, ear care), and enjoy a supportive multidisciplinary environment backed by strong patient demand. Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality GP consultations across in-person/video/home/telephone modalities.Â
Provide evidence-based care across general practice with scope for minor procedures and special interests.Â
Contribute to multidisciplinary pathways (e.g., audiology/ear health, occupational health).Â
Participate in clinical governance, audits, and quality improvement.
Support patient continuity and an outstanding client experience.
Requirements
GMC full registration with a licence to practise and inclusion on the GMC GP Register.Â
Broad GP experience; confident managing common primary-care presentations.
Desirable: skills in minor surgery/skin, women's/men's health, ear care/audiology interfaces, or occupational health.Â
Excellent communication, patient-centred approach.
Right to work in the UK (or eligibility via Skilled Worker/Health & Care Worker route).
