Job Description is but not limited to:
To provide a safe Medical Male Circumcision service to all clients and ensure that the clients receive the best clinical care at all times.
MMC service provision:
Provides safe Male Medical Circumcision services to clients.
Implements Male Medical Circumcision service according to agreed guidelines and protocols
Ensures adverse events are managed successfully
Quality assurance and improvement:
Ensures quality clinical care in the supported facilities
Participates in quality assurance and improvement visits, including responding to queries
Ensures adherence to infection control protocols
Provides on-going supervision to Male Medical Circumcision professional nurses
Ensures that all adverse events are properly identified, recorded and reported
Participates in operational research and the development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation systems to improve TB and HIV prevention and care
Evaluates the effectiveness and impact of the mentorship program
Oversees the implementation and field evaluation of new technologies (e.g., GeneXpert MTB/Rif and Pima Point of Care CD4 machine)
Liaises with research and Department of Health partners in evaluation of activities

Education and/or Experience
Experience in medical male circumcision (MMC), forseps guided method.
Ability to read, analyse, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
